- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add orange juice, pineapple juice, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine.
- Mix in the brown sugar, rosemary, spicy brown mustard, kosher salt, garlic, and black pepper. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
- Pour in the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer uncovered for about 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the butter and stir until completely melted and the sauce becomes glossy and smooth.
