Instructions
Mix The Ingredients;
Grab a medium saucepan and toss in the yellow mustard, honey or molasses, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and all the spices you’re using.
Stir Until Smooth;
Set the pan over medium heat and whisk everything together until it’s nice and smooth and the sugar has fully dissolved.
Let It Simmer;
Turn the heat down low and let the sauce bubble gently for about 8 to 10 minutes. Give it a stir every now and then so nothing sticks or burns. This step helps the flavors come together and the sauce to thicken just a bit.
Thin It Out If Needed;
If the sauce feels too thick, add a little water a tablespoon at a time until it reaches the consistency you like.
Cool And Store;
Once it’s done, take it off the heat and let it cool. Pour it into a clean jar or bottle and pop it in the fridge. It’ll keep well for up to two weeks.
