- Pour the tomato paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and sweetener into a medium saucepan. Stir until everything is fully mixed.
- Add the garlic powder, paprika, chilli powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir again so the spices are evenly distributed.
- Gradually add water while stirring, adjusting the amount to get the consistency you prefer.
- Set the pan over medium heat and bring the sauce to a light simmer. Lower the heat and let it cook gently for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring now and then, until it thickens and the flavours develop.
- Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool. Once cooled, pour into a clean, airtight jar or bottle. Keep it refrigerated and use within two weeks.
