2tablespoonsWorcestershire saucelow-sodium if preferred
Instructions
Pour the tomato paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and sweetener into a medium saucepan. Stir until everything is fully mixed.
Add the garlic powder, paprika, chilli powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir again so the spices are evenly distributed.
Gradually add water while stirring, adjusting the amount to get the consistency you prefer.
Set the pan over medium heat and bring the sauce to a light simmer. Lower the heat and let it cook gently for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring now and then, until it thickens and the flavours develop.
Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool. Once cooled, pour into a clean, airtight jar or bottle. Keep it refrigerated and use within two weeks.
