Lemon Juice Recipe

Samia
Lemon Juice Recipe is a refreshing homemade drink made from fresh lemons, water, and a sweetener like sugar or honey. The amount of lemon juice produced depends on the size of the lemons, usually enough for four servings. I decided to make this lemon juice recipe after seeing fresh lemons at the market and imagining a cool, tangy drink for a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 4 large fresh lemons
  • 2 cups cold water adjust to taste
  • 2 –3 tablespoons sweetener: sugar honey, or maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

Step 2: Combine With Water

  • Pour the fresh lemon juice into a pitcher and add about 2 cups of cold water. Give it a good stir. You can add more or less water depending on whether you like it stronger or more mellow.

Step 3: Add Sweetness

Step 4: Chill And Serve

  • Pour the lemon juice into glasses over ice if you like it cold. You can also add a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint for a fresh, decorative touch. Enjoy right away!
