Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup tomato ketchup
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the light corn syrup, ketchup, mustard, ground ginger, chilli powder, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously to blend all ingredients thoroughly. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  3. Continue stirring occasionally for about 8–10 minutes, until the sauce slightly thickens and the flavours meld. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool. Transfer to an airtight jar or bottle.
