Ingredients
  

  • 2 packed cups of fresh kale leaves
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 green apples cored and chopped
  • 3 celery stalks trimmed
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger peeled
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Water as needed

Instructions
 

Step 1: Get Everything Ready

  • Rinse all your fruits and vegetables well. Core the apples, peel the ginger, and trim the celery stalks. If your cucumber isn’t organic, peel it too. Chop everything roughly so it will fit easily into your blender or juicer.

Step 2: Blend Or Juice

  • For a blender: put the kale, cucumber, apples, celery, ginger, and lemon juice in a high speed blender. Add about ½ cup of water to help it blend smoothly. Blend until it’s completely smooth. For a juicer: run all the ingredients through the juicer. No water needed.

Step 3: Taste And Serve

  • If the juice is too thick, add a little more water and blend again until it’s the consistency you like. Pour into glasses and enjoy right away for the freshest flavor. You can also toss in some ice cubes if you want it extra refreshing.
