Ingredients
  

For The Cake

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 15.25 oz box Betty Crocker Super Moist Vanilla Cake Mix

For The Fireball Glaze

  • ¼ cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

Make The Batter

  • Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C), then grease and flour your pan. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, both sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add the melted butter, oil, Fireball, milk, eggs, vanilla, cream cheese, and the vanilla cake mix. Beat everything together until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

Bake The Cake

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the top. Bake for about 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick pushed into the center comes out clean. Let the cake rest in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a rack to finish cooling.

Make The Fireball Glaze

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Take it off the heat and whisk in the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and Fireball until the glaze is silky and smooth.

Glaze And Serve

  • Drizzle the warm glaze over the cake while it’s still slightly warm so it seeps into the cracks. Slice and enjoy the cozy, cinnamon whiskey flavor.
