Get Your Ingredients Ready:
Peel the dragon fruit and cut it into small cubes. Peel the ginger and chop it into small pieces.
Make The Juice:
Put the dragon fruit, cold water (or coconut water), honey or agave syrup, lime juice, and ginger into a blender. Blend everything until it’s smooth and well combined.
Chill And Taste:
Toss in a few ice cubes and blend again until the juice is nice and cold. Give it a taste and add a little more sweetener if you like.
Serve:
