Ingredients
  

  • 1 large dragon fruit fresh, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water for extra flavor
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled
  • A few ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions
 

Get Your Ingredients Ready:

  • Peel the dragon fruit and cut it into small cubes. Peel the ginger and chop it into small pieces.

Make The Juice:

  • Put the dragon fruit, cold water (or coconut water), honey or agave syrup, lime juice, and ginger into a blender. Blend everything until it’s smooth and well combined.

Chill And Taste:

  • Toss in a few ice cubes and blend again until the juice is nice and cold. Give it a taste and add a little more sweetener if you like.

Serve:

  • Pour the juice into glasses. If you want, garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy right away.
