200mlfiltered wateror coconut water for extra hydration
1head of celery6–8 ribs, chopped
Small handful of fresh Italian parsley
Optional: a few ice cubes
Instructions
Get Your Ingredients Ready:
Rinse all the fruits and vegetables really well. Core the apple and cut it into small chunks. Peel the ginger. Chop the cucumber, celery, and parsley if needed.
Blend Everything:
Put the cucumber, apple, spinach or kale, celery, parsley, ginger, and lemon juice into a blender. Pour in about 200 ml of filtered water (or coconut water if you like).
Blend Until Smooth:
Turn the blender on high and blend until everything is smooth. If it feels too thick, slowly add a bit more water until it’s just right.
Optional Chill:
If you like your juice cold, toss in a few ice cubes and give it another quick blend.
Enjoy:
Pour the juice into glasses and drink it right away to get the most nutrients and freshness.
