Instructions
Get Your Ingredients Ready
Give all your produce a good rinse. Chop the dandelion leaves, apple, celery, kale, pineapple, and ginger into pieces that will blend easily.
Load Everything Into The Blender
Add the chopped dandelion leaves, kale, apple, pineapple, celery, ginger, and a splash of lemon juice to the blender. Start with 1 cup of cold water.
Blend Until Smooth
Turn the blender on high and blend until everything is silky smooth. If it’s too thick, add up to another ½ cup of water. Taste it, and add a little honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
Strain And Enjoy
For a silky juice, strain it through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Pour over ice if you like, and drink it fresh!
