Instructions
Get Everything Ready
Start by peeling and chopping the cucumbers. Core and slice the green apple. Cut a small piece of fresh ginger, and squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Set aside a few mint leaves as well.
Time To Blend
Add the chopped cucumber, apple, ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a bit of sweetener if you like (honey or agave works well) into a blender. Pour in some cold water, then blend until everything is smooth.
Strain It (If You Want)
If you prefer a smoother juice, pour the mixture through a fine strainer or cheesecloth into a jug or bowl. Use the back of a spoon to press out as much juice as possible.
Serve It Cold
Pour the juice into a glass over some ice cubes. That extra chill makes it even more refreshing.
Add A Little Touch
Top it off with a mint leaf or a thin cucumber slice if you’re feeling fancy. Give it a quick stir, and enjoy right away while it’s fresh.
