Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coca Cola
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick

Instructions
 

Combine The Base Ingredients:

  • In a medium saucepan, mix together 1 cup of ketchup, ½ cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Stir the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.

Add Seasonings:

  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika, ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional for heat), and salt and black pepper to taste.

Simmer The Sauce:

  • Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook uncovered for about 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add Fresh Juices For Tang:

  • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of dill pickle juice to add a tangy, bright finish.

Cool And Store:

  • Allow the sauce to cool before transferring it to a jar or container. Store in the refrigerator and use within 1–2 weeks.
