- In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce until well combined.
- Next, add the honey, smoked paprika, and sugar. Keep mixing until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Pour in the fresh lemon juice, yellow mustard (or Dijon), and apple cider vinegar. Whisk everything until the sauce is smooth and evenly mixed.
- Give it a taste, and if needed, tweak the seasoning add a little extra sugar for sweetness or a splash more vinegar if you want it tangier.
- Transfer the sauce into a clean jar or container and pop it in the fridge for at least half an hour so the flavours can come together.
- Use this sauce as a dip for chicken tenders, nuggets, fries, or spread it on sandwiches.
