Ingredients
  

  • 1 large bunch of celery thoroughly washed and chopped
  • 1 medium green apple cored and sliced
  • 1 thin slice of fresh lemon
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger peeled
  • Ice cubes optional, for serving chilled

Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients

  • Rinse the celery thoroughly and chop it into smaller pieces. Core the green apple and slice it up. Peel a small knob of ginger. Cut a wedge of lemon.

Step 2: Juice Or Blend

  • Using a juicer? Toss in the celery, apple, ginger, and lemon let the machine do its thing.
  • Using a blender? Add everything to the blender with about half a cup of water. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Press to squeeze out every drop of juice.

Step 3: Serve It Fresh

  • Pour the juice into a glass. Add some ice if you like it cold. Give it a quick stir and drink it right away to get the most out of the nutrients and flavor.
