Ingredients
  

  • 4 to 5 medium carrots peeled if desired and roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated (optional)
  • ½ cup cold water
  • Pinch of salt or a dash of sweetener such as honey or sugar
  • 2 large oranges peeled and cut into quarters
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

Get Your Ingredients Ready:

  • If needed, peel the carrots and chop them into smaller pieces so they’ll blend easily. Peel the oranges and cut them into quarters. If you’re using fresh ginger, grate it now.

Blend Everything:

  • Put the chopped carrots, orange pieces, grated ginger (if using), and half a cup of cold water into your blender or juicer. Blend everything until it’s nice and smooth.

Check The Thickness:

  • If the juice feels too thick, just add a little more cold water bit by bit and blend again until it’s just right for you.

Add Flavour:

  • Sprinkle in a pinch of salt or a little sweetener if you like, then blend briefly to mix it all together.

Enjoy:

  • Pour the juice into glasses, add some ice if you want it chilled, and drink it right away to get the freshest flavour and the most nutrients.

Notes

Drink carrot juice in moderation. Consuming large amounts at once can lead to excess vitamin A from beta carotene, which may cause a harmless condition called carotenemia, where the skin temporarily turns yellow or orange. Balance is key for safe, healthy enjoyment.
