Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cantaloupe peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • A small piece of fresh ginger about ½ inch
  • Ice cubes as desired

Instructions
 

Get Everything Ready:

  • Start by peeling the cantaloupe and cutting it into small chunks. Peel the piece of ginger too, so it’s ready to go.

Make The Juice:

  • Toss the cantaloupe pieces into a blender. Add some cold water, a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice, a bit of honey or maple syrup for sweetness, and the peeled ginger. Blend it all up until it’s smooth.

Strain It (If You Want):

  • If you like your juice really smooth, pour it through a fine strainer to catch any pulp.
