Ingredients
  

  • 20 –24 fresh calamansi fruits yields about 1 cup calamansi juice
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ¾ cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

Juice the Calamansi

  • Cut the calamansi in half and squeeze out all the juice into a bowl or pitcher. Use a citrus juicer if you have one. Strain out the seeds if needed.

Mix with Water

  • Pour in about 4 cups of cold water and give it a good stir to combine everything.

Add Sweetener

  • Slowly mix in some sugar or simple syrup, tasting as you go. Stir until it’s fully dissolved and adjust the sweetness to your liking.

Serve Chilled

  • Drop a few ice cubes into glasses, pour the juice over, and add a sprig of mint if you like. Enjoy it fresh and cold!
