Ingredients
½medium green cabbageroughly chopped
1medium applecored and sliced
1medium cucumberpeeled and chopped
½lemonjuiced
1small piece of fresh gingerpeeled
1stalk celerychopped
1tablespoonfresh parsley leaves
1cupfiltered water
Instructions
Get Everything Ready
Start by washing all your fruits and veggies well. Roughly chop the cabbage, cucumber, apple, celery (if you’re using it), and parsley. Peel the ginger, remove the core from the apple, and juice the lemon just make sure to take out the seeds.
Time To Blend Or Juice
Toss everything into your blender. Add the filtered water. Blend on high for about a minute or so, until everything’s fully mixed and smooth. If you’re using a juicer instead, follow the steps that work for your machine.
Strain It (If You Want)
If you like your juice smoother, pour the mixture through a fine strainer or a nut milk bag into a jug or bowl. Press or squeeze it to get all the juice out. You can toss or compost the leftover pulp.
Drink Up
Pour your juice into a glass and enjoy right away while it’s fresh. You can chill it in the fridge for a bit or drop in some ice if you want it cold. Best when freshly made.
