Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries rinsed and stems removed
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • ½ tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sweetener of choice honey, sugar, agave syrup, or sugar substitute, to taste
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions
 

Step 1: Blend Everything Together

  • Toss your blueberries into a blender along with some cold water, a splash of lemon juice, and your choice of sweetener (like honey or sugar). Blend it all up for about a minute, until it looks smooth and well mixed.

Step 2: Strain It (If You Want It Smooth)

  • If you prefer a smoother drink without bits of skin or pulp, pour the mixture through a fine strainer or cheesecloth into a jug or bowl. Use a spoon to help press out as much juice as possible. Throw away the leftover pulp.

Step 3: Chill And Serve

  • Pour the juice over some ice in a glass and enjoy it right away. You can also keep it in the fridge it stays fresh for about a day.
