Instructions
Start by prepping your ingredients: slice the mushrooms and onion, finely mince the garlic, and grate the ginger.
Warm up a splash of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
Toss in the garlic, ginger, and onions. Stir them around for a couple of minutes until everything smells amazing and the onions begin to soften.
Add the mushrooms to the pan. Keep stirring as they cook, letting them release their juices and turn golden brown this usually takes about 5 to 7 minutes.
