Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 225 g cremini mushrooms, cleaned and halved or quartered depending on size
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig
  • Optional garnish: Lemon wedges and freshly chopped parsley

Instructions
 

Step 1. Get The Air Fryer Ready

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Let it run for a couple of minutes to warm up.

Step 2. Season The Mushrooms

  • Take your mushrooms halved or quartered, depending on their size and toss them in a bowl with a bit of olive oil, soy sauce or tamari, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well so everything gets evenly coated.

Step 3. Add A Hit Of Rosemary

  • Throw a sprig of rosemary into the bowl or drop it directly into the air fryer basket. It’ll add a nice, earthy aroma as the mushrooms cook.

Step 4. Time To Cook

  • Spread the mushrooms out in a single layer in the basket. Don’t overcrowd them. Cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, giving the basket a good shake halfway through. You’re looking for golden-brown edges and slightly crisp outsides.

Step 5. Serve And Enjoy

  • Once they’re done, pull them out, toss the rosemary sprig, and if you want to elevate the flavour, hit them with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Serve warm.
