Get Everything Ready:
Start by washing the apples, beetroot, and carrots really well. If you want, peel the beetroot and the carrots (peeling carrots is optional). Take out the cores from the apples, then chop everything into smaller pieces so they’ll fit easily into your juicer or blender.
Juice Or Blend:
If you have a juicer, just run the apples, beetroot, carrots, and ginger through it. If you’re using a blender, toss all those chopped ingredients in along with a little water to help it blend smoothly. Blend everything until it’s nice and smooth. If you don’t like pulp, you can strain the juice through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to get it silky.
Add Flavour:
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, then stir in some honey, a pinch of black salt, and a little black pepper powder. Mix everything together well.
