  • Glasses for serving

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ –1 cup cold water
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or sugar

  • 1- inch piece of ginger
  • Juice of ½ lemon or lime

Get Your Ingredients Ready:

  • Put the pineapple chunks, cold water, honey or sugar, ginger (if you’re using it), a squeeze of lemon or lime, and the mint leaves into a blender. Blend until it’s completely smooth.

Make It Smooth (Optional):

  • If you don’t like pulp, pour the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any bits.
